We are excited to announce that the plants are in the boulevard!  Attached are three of the planting schedules - check them out not only to see what was planted, but to find where the berries are that you can pick next season when you are out for a walk!

 

The existing mulch beds will be seeded with a naturalized seed mix next week. This will take root in the spring, eventually filling the space among the shrubs, like on the Audubon side. We will continue with mulch along the roadside for curb appeal next summer.

 

In the spring, the new shrubs and grass will be supported to grow, and the roadside mulch will continue to provide a nice barrier as well as a more reasonable amount of space for manual weed control.
