Boat Launch - Update

Approval has been received to complete the upgrade to the boat launch. The existing ties will be removed, and replaced with 4.2 metre long ties (wider) to make it wide enough for boats to more safely use the boat launch, and aligned in a straight line.   Attached is a Public Notice of Decision under the Water Act. In addition, we have already received a License of Occupation under the Public Lands Act.  Work will be completed sometime between July 1 - September 30, 2019. More...

Final grass bag pickup

Grass clippings and leaves will be picked up on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. No bag to exceed 50 lbs in weight MUST be in clear bags (grass and leaves will be composted, so there can be NO garbage, branches, twigs) This will be the final grass bag pickup, so after that date, please dispose of all materials in your garbage bin.

Seasonal Road Ban

Effective Sunday, April 1, 2018 at 12:00 p.m., there is a 50% road ban on all roads in the Summer Village of Itaska Beach. This ban will continue in effect until further notice. Road bans are applied annually by the Summer Village of Itaska Beach in an effort to protect road infrastructure when it is at its weakest. Generally, bans are lifted depending on weather conditions throughout late May or early June.
