June Boyda was hired as Itaska’s Chief Administrative Officer on July 1, 2006. June grew up on a farm in the Pigeon Lake area, and spent her summers in Ma-Me-O Beach where her grandparents live. Her backgroundincludes a Bachelor of Science, Specialization in Computing Science, with a Business Minor, as well as a Local Government Certificate with Distinction from the University of Alberta, and the National Advanced Certificate in Local Authority Administration II. She is member of the Society of Local Government Managers: http://www.clgm.net.

June’s municipal background includes acting as the Assistant CAO for 5 of the south side summer villages, as well as the Assistant CAO in the Town of Millet. June and her husband live in Wetaskiwin, and are kept busy by their two beautiful girls.

 Fees

1. Encroachment Agreement: $400 one-time fee 

2. Assessment Information:
     a. For written information regarding the description of a parcel of land and the latest assessed value of the land and improvements thereon, as set out in the assessment roll: $10
     b. For written information regarding the yearly assessments of a parcel of land, as set out in the assessment roll: $10

3. Tax Certificate: $20

4. Compliance Letter:
     a. Rush (3 working days) : $200
     . Standard (10 working days): $100

5. Assessment Review Board Appeals: $50 (refundable if successful appeal)

6. Subdivision and Development Appeals: $250

7. Honorariums for Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Members: $125 plus mileage of $0.50 per km

8. Tennis Court / Boat Launch Key: $40

9. Penalty for unsightly property: $50

10. Photocopying: (price per page): $0.25

11. Additional time required to retrieve information / hour: $50

12. NSF Cheque / Insufficient Funds: $50
